Mr. Joe Collazo, Vice President of Legislative Affairs and Community Relations at COLSA Coporation, has an extensive background in technology, as an engineer and businessman. After serving as a cryptologist for the Commander in Chief, United States Army, Europe, he worked in various computer engineering roles including field engineering services for the Pentagon and the White House and development support of the Hubble Space Telescope’s data collectors. He founded Collazo Technologies, Inc., moving to Huntsville when COLSA Corporation acquired the company. Mr. Collazo co-founded the Grant Backup Foundation, serves on the excecutive board of Still Serving Veterans, and was appointed by Governor Bob Riley to the Alabama Space Science Exhibit Commission. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Champlain College and is in Auburn University’s Executive M.B.A. class of 2010. |
