Bylaws Committee -
This committee is composed of
the Principal and at least two (2) members of the Board of
Directors. The Bylaws Committee has the responsibility of
reviewing and recommending changes in the Bylaws of Catholic High
School to the Board of Directors. Final approval for changes in
the Bylaws resides with the Bishop. The committee shall meet as
needed, but no less than once every three (3) years.
