Foreign Language
Catholic High School offers four languages: French, Spanish, German and Latin. Latin will place emphasis on primary source translation instead of conversational skills. Additional language classes may be available through our Dual Enrollment program with UAH.
Level One
The language is introduced through a proficiency-based program that helps the student to develop the skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Cultural themes and basic conversational patterns are taught.
