Theresa Chivers received her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1984.  She worked for Monsanto in the soybean department before taking time off to raise her four children.   She has tutored Chemistry and Algebra II for the last 5 years and has been a substitute teacher in the Madison City Schools for the last 8 years.  Chemistry is her favorite subject and she is excited about teaching this course.  She hopes to ignite her students with a love of Chemistry.
